PVA 연삭 휠은 주로 탄화규소 연마제로 만들어지며 PVA를 결합제로 사용합니다. PVA 연마 휠은 스펀지 휠이라고도 합니다. 고탄성 다공질 연삭휠 형상입니다.
PVA 제품은 철 또는 비철, 금속 또는 비금속의 모든 재료를 연마할 수 있습니다. 또한 이러한 제품을 연마하면 버 제거, 스케일 제거, 녹 제거에 사용할 수 있습니다.
PVA sponge wheel can be used for polishing applications.like polishing watch cases, audio and video heads, printing rolls, sylinders, compressor parts, surgical equipment, vehicle rims, tools and dies & moulds etc.
PVA grinding wheel are compatible with rotary tool, angle grinder, bench grinder etc.
Specialties & Customed Production
PVA sponge wheel can be used for polishing applications. The grain size has a large range ,from #46 up to #5000. The degree of porous and elasticity can be contolled based on the different grit and different PVA rate.
We can offer you up to #5000 grit for the mirror surface finishing.You can use it for fine polishing, as a replacement of the buff process.
