This polishing wheel is 250mm diameter, 600# and 3000# diamond grit. for wet polishing cemented carbide.

Resin bond diamond is recommended for hard ,brittle and delicate materials, such as ceramics, tungsten carbide, ferrites, and exotic metals. It produce less heat and improves surface finish.Phenolic resins have several desirable characteristics such as superior mechanical strength, heat resistance , and dimensional stability ,as well as high resistance against kinds of solvents, acids, and water.

Resin bonded diamond tools has advantages of high grinding efficiency, good self-sharpening , small grinding heat. Resin bonded diamonds are ideal for woodworking tools, glass and ceramic material, cutoff, and PDC cutters.
