About the product:

PVA grinding wheel is mainly made of silicon carbide abrasives, with PVA as the binding agent. PVA polishing wheel is also called a sponge wheel. It is shaped as porous grinding wheels with high elasticity.

PVA products can polish any material ferrous or non-ferrous, metal or non-metal. Besides, polishing these products can be used for burr removal, descaling, rust removing .

Characteristics of PVA grinding wheel:

1. The main component of the structure is the use of special resin to avoid the phenomenon of easy heating. PVA sponge grinding wheel is usually dry grinding.

2. The bond is soft and gentle, and there is no deep defect on the grinding surface. It can get even and beautiful bright surface.

3. Because the structure of the grinding wheel is combined by special resin, not only the wear resistance and grinding force can be enhanced, but also the grinding wheel structure can quickly remove the debris due to the existence of special pores, so that the packing and heat can not occur, which is suitable for long-term grinding work.

PVA sponge wheel can be used for polishing applications. The grain size has a large range ,from #46 up to #5000. The degree of porous and elasticity can be contolled based on the different grit and different PVA rate.

We can offer you up to #5000 grit for the mirror surface finishing.You can use it for fine polishing, as a replacement of the buff process.
