It produce less heat and improves surface finish.Phenolic resins have several desirable characteristics such as superior mechanical strength, heat resistance , and dimensional stability ,as well as high resistance against kinds of solvents, acids, and water.

Resin bonded diamond tools has advantages of high grinding efficiency, good self-sharpening , small grinding heat. Resin bonded diamonds are ideal for woodworking tools, glass and ceramic material, cutoff, and PDC cutters.
